If you’re looking to do a renovation, custom kitchen or bathroom remodel, this package is for you. It provides three levels of service to provide you with a custom design tailored to your style, budget and lifestyle.
This is for you if:

You’re wanting to renovate/finish your basement for the growing needs of your family, or for an in-law suite

You’re looking to renovate your main floor and question whether to open walls, rearrange spaces and create a new kitchen layout

You want to upgrade your principal bedroom suite with a new ensuite layout, whether updating the existing space or utilizing an extra bedroom

SILVER – PLANNING/LAYOUT PACKAGE

Site measure & documentation, and review of Client Needs Assessment

CAD Drawing of existing floor plan

Design planning and layout concepts (Options will be presented if viable)

Proposed floor plan(s) with concept notations and applicable dimensions

Basic 3D renderings to visualize the overall layout and concepts

Concept mood boards to visualize the overall design look and ideas presented

Design presentation review by phone or Zoom to go over any questions or tweaks that need to be made

GOLD – FINISH & COLOUR SCHEMES

PLATINUM – ONE AREA CABINETRY DESIGN
It’s all in the details (Can be kitchen OR laundry/mudroom OR ensuite) *Additional Room Cabinetry & Fixture Detailing at $395. per room
All of the above PLUS:

Cabinetry elevations with dimensions and notations ready for you to take to the cabinetmaker, building centre or Ikea

Includes plumbing fixture/fitting suggestions

FULL-SERVICE DESIGNER IMPLEMENTATION UPGRADE
We are happy to put a customized proposal together just for you!
It can include:

Design Development; sourcing, finalize colour schemes and specifications of all interior finishes, decorative lighting, and built-in décor elements

Project Management; project costing, coordination with trades, site/showroom meetings, and correspondence with trades and client

Furnishings, décor & styling (includes sourcing, pricing, ordering, and installation) *Large item delivery and installation is additional
