DESIGN & DÉCOR ROOM PACKAGE

This is for a DIYer looking for professional guidance to create the room of their dreams.  A personalized  design plan will be created with all the visuals, specifications, and design concepts you need to implement with ease.

This is for you if:

  • You’re tired of the hours of endless Pinterest and Wayfair scrolling and feel overwhelmed with decorating indecisions.

  • You want a professional plan and design that you can implement yourself at your own pace

  • You want a curated plan that you can shop for at the click of a button so you can start enjoying right away!

This is for existing spaces, per room. Multiple rooms or Open spaces can be quoted with savings based on the overall scope.

What you will provide to start:

  • Completion of our Design Needs and Style Questionnaire

  • Photos and dimensions of the room and any potential furnishings (will provide instructions)

  • Share any Pinterest/Houzz boards or inspiration images you’ve found

SILVER – DESIGN PLAN FOR THE DIYER

​

Your Room Design & Decor Presentation will be sent by email in 2-3 weeks time from completion of the above, and includes: 

​

  • Furniture layout floor plan (if applicable) with dimensioned furniture

  • Mood board showcasing overall look and feel with specific colours, furniture, accent decor, and inspiration photos for concept reference

  • Design specifications of furniture and decor from mood boards (with shoppable online site hyperlinks) including designer implementation notes

  • Design presentation review by phone or Zoom to go over any questions or tweaks that need to be made

  • One revision (if applicable)

  • Final Presentation emailed

GOLD – DIY WITH DESIGNER GUIDANCE

You know you’ll likely have some questions along the way or want a bit of help as you implement the design on your own. You can use it to ask questions as needed, ask for help with purchasing or trades, or save it up for a styling session at the end!

​

All of the above PLUS:

  • 2 hours of Design Guidance, by phone, Zoom, email, or site visit (during business hours)

PLATINUM - FULL SERVICE ROOM DESIGN

​

From creating your customized Design Plan to karate chopping pillows! (It’s actually a thing!)


For those that would prefer for us to take care of everything so you can just sit back and enjoy the completed room

​

All of the above PLUS:

  • Ordering and procurement of the approved Design Specifications (large item delivery and installation extra)

  • Coordination of trades to implement the design plan (painting, decorative lighting install, etc…) Trade labour costs are additional

  • Client Correspondence: Quotes, site-meetings, and updates to keep you in the loop and ensure the project is moving smoothly from start to finish

  • Shopping, installation and styling of art, decor, and accessories – Ready for a Photoshoot and then for you to enjoy!
