Our Concept Design Package provides a comprehensive plan you and your builder can follow — including 2–3 design variations, dimensioned final layout, concept finishes and furnishings, and inspirational mood boards.

 

Your concept design presentation is first emailed to you, then we meet on Zoom for a Design Review to explore the details, answer questions, and walk through the process together. After revisions are made, your final presentation package is emailed, giving you a clear roadmap for your renovation.

This package helps you avoid costly mistakes, sidestep overwhelm, and begin your renovation with certainty and confidence.

This is for you if:

~ You’re building a new home and want an experienced designer to guide you through important choices without the overwhelm.

~ You’d love focused help with lighting, finishes, window treatments, or decor styling for your home.

Designer for a Day is a 6–8 hour intensive, usually split into 2–3 meetings at showrooms and on-site. Some of this time may also be spent on design preparation in my office or showroom to ensure your selections and recommendations are organized and ready for you.

This package gives you concentrated access to a designer’s expertise so you can make confident decisions and keep your project moving forward quickly.

~ You’d like flexible, ongoing support with items such as decorative lighting, window treatments, custom furniture, artwork, and styling.

Designer By Your Side gives you the option of pay-as-you-go hourly design support or a pre-paid block of 20 consulting hours (valid for up to 12 months).
